Poor service no help! I have been going to this location for 10 years and I have a few things Ive paid off already. Customer service was no help, the general manager Johnny is very disrespectful and rude. I will never go here again nor refer any of my family or friends. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with this company and I wish I could say they were understanding and very helpful like they used to be but they have lost a loyal customer.

This place does not deserve a star or business from hard working individuals. One of their So called managers comes to my house threatening to bring the Sheriff Constables to help knock down my door to remove their so called brand new furniture my daughter has been paying for months. She's having to do numerous arrangements because they don't receive payments by on-line but yet they have seen proof Everytime she goes to the store. Didn't even bother to ask if I could help catch up a payment in cash. Very unprofessional lazy staff members. Corporate is getting a call from me soon.
