Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.. very professional thorough with his inspection and informative to me the customer.. couldnt appreciate this company more.. they jumped on board with professional experience thru out whole deal would recommend this company and Eric every chance I get.. was exactly what I was looking for.. honest professional Rey came to do the work on replacing panel.. he was great to deal with also.. went out of his way to make sure power was on every night.. which the wife loved.. they were quick, very detail oriented.. panel and wiring look very professional.. they did a nice clean job and were a pleasure to work with, just like Scott and grace and Eric.. cant say enough good things about working with smith jones electric.. no need for me to ever call a different electrical company. Everyone I talked to and met with this company was outstanding! Wes came by to change breakers out.. he was also very friendly and professional. He listened to my issue and jumped right on getting issue fixed. Had me all fixed up in a hour.. these guys are all great to work with!! By far my best experience with an electrical contractor.. Ive worked with many electrical companies thru my years in construction and as a home owner.. definitely the best Ive had the pleasure of working with! Caleb came by today to look at a issue with the dryer plug.. ended up pulling new wire finished same day which I didnt expect wife is overjoyed to have her washer and dryer working.. all these technicians are top notch!! It doesnt matter who shows up. They are all fast, friendly, professional and skilled at their job..true pleasure to work with!!
