        She told me one price over the phone. I agreed to the price given. I drive all the way there for my appointment and she tells me another price.

        Unprofessional! Rude! The employees are not on the same page. I was double checking if my insurance was in network because I was given two different answers. When the what I assumed to be the office manager did not like what I had asked she threw me out of the office gave me refund and told me to go away. Now I'm still in extreme pain because one person told me yes the other told me no. All I wanted was to be sure that they are in network with my insurance. I even offered to pay whatever they needed because I was desperate to get seen because I am in pain. And she refused. They are not in the business of helping people who need it. To be turned away and being that much pain you have no empathy. Maybe you should not be in that profession. And things could have been handled way differently.
