        I called 800# to stop a pending refund which is not required the woman on the phone said she can't do that since it was pending, so i asked to be transferred to the local branch so I could have them help me. she claimed she could not do that. What good is this CU if they can't help you.

        WORST BANK EVER!! Do NOT open an account here as they will make you jump through hoops just to open a savings account i didnt even want in the first place!! Then once you get that approved and try logging in they tell you a ticket will be submitted and nothing gets resolved after weeks!

        Prepare to be required to furnish two years of tax returns for a car loan.... Trying to buy a car, not a house. Even with an 800 credit score and 20 years of flawless credit history. I would highly suggest getting a hard pull on your credit report elsewhere.
