Went to purchase some pants yesterday about 4 in the afternoon. I was a little busy but not really. No one acknowledge me or offered to help me in selecting pants. I walked right by two guys who worked there and they were chatting about something but not help. I finally found the pants, I get two. I wanted a hat, so I went to the the hats and again a couple of guys that worked there were chatting but did not acknowledge me or help me, I left with out a hat. I will go somewhere else in the future.

If I could leave no stars I would. This facility needs severe attention. This is the only cavenders in Corpus so customers have absolutely no choice to shop here. But the atmosphere and conditions these employees have to work under is absolutely ridiculous! They have not had working A/C in years!?? Are you all kidding me!? This needs to be reported immediately and this place needs to be shut down till this gets resolved it is very hot in there, I felt like I was shopping at an outside flea market.

Helpful staff. So many places just point to products, but these folks really help. I had one young man go through a dozen pairs of boots and recommendations without flinching. He acted as if this was the norm. Thanks...
