As great as the reviews are, i did not have the same experience. I was looking for someone who could give me a second opinion on my tax filing for 2023. I dropped off all the needed paperwork to have them look at. I was told once they reviewed everything i would get a call back. I didnt hear back from them for 4 weeks. The receptionists were really sweet and kept transferring me to the accountant who was gonna take a look for me but was never able to speak with her just her voicemail. I never spoke to her again besides the initial consultation. I was then told that the reason i never got a call back was because they wouldnt be able to complete it before April 15th even though i dropped everything off around February. The lack of communication was very off putting so i ended up picking up my paperwork and not continuing business with them.
