Alaniz Custom Cabinets

Super satisfied with the job these guys did!! Had to replace all the countertops, sink, and cabinets, along with the back wall paneling on the outside. They not only rebuilt our kitchen, but they made it all look brand new! Cant recommend these guys enough as they did phenomenal job. They were super professional and most certainly worked around our schedule with full time jobs. Also, the work lead was super responsive to text messages and always kept me in the loop on things happening.

We live in Robstown our kitchen project has been never ending. I had to move into my parents work apartment with them in Houston since we dont have a working kitchen. Not only have has it disrupted their life but now mine as well. My parents seem to think its because we live in a poorer community that the cabinet guy has no care in finishing.

I do not recommend Alaniz custom cabinets. We payed for our cabinets on October 17th 2023. We are now in January 5th of 2024 and we have a kitchen we cannot use. My fianc is super frustrated as he sets a date with Alaniz and drives 3.5hrs from Houston (we are contract workers). From the multiple no shows we have had his mom open the home for him. Today January 5th he canceled again. At this point we maybe disputing our credit card payment.

Terrible communication skills and does not show up when he commits to a date. Shows up extremely late if he does show up My cabinets have many imperfections maybe they will get fixed. We made him aware we would be out of town for work at the end of October. It sounded like everything would be completed prior to us leaving for work. I can only pray we get our cabinets completed. Maybe my review will change but for the amount I paid I expect better quality workmanship and improvement on professionalism... I'll upload pictures later and update this review if anything changes. Update 1/1/24 He agreed to show up Satuday(12/30/23) but only stayed for 3 hours . I still dont have a functioning kitchen. I'm not sure if my brother got better service because he lives in a better neighborhood and is an attorney?
