When Home Depot lied about our items we purchased on Black Friday not warning us at all about the warehouse shortage. These guys saved us from a two week delay. We now have a fridge and washer and dryer. They delivered the next day and the staff friendly and helpful!

I purchased a 220v A/C from this business, I work remotely so I had not been home to use it after installation. I arrived at home set it on coldest setting a/c was blowing hot air all night. I called Leopard store where I purchased it and spoke with salesman Joseph who I purchased it from. He said I had to speak with owner of the store to return and there was nothing he could do. It had been exactly 2 weeks since purchase date. He nor the owner were willing to return or exchange the a/c they kept referring me to manufacturer for service there is nothing we can do, their famous words. I should have known from empty store when I purchased, do not ever do business here; junk products, horrible customer service, even worse management and ownership!!

If I could give 0 starts I would. The owner NEVER returns calls. They are crooks and will turn things around. Don't waste your time! I usually shop local but NEVER again will I purchase from them. I will be going to home depot this week to purchase my new set.
