Four Winds Apartment Homes

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER , lived here from 2019 up until the beginning of 2024 and in the matter of 4/5 years they have done nothing to make this community better , constantly having the police in and out the complex , ROACHES like crazy. One night I left really late for work and when I was walking out of my front door there was a homeless man sleeping next to my door , most of the units do not have lights that work at night . Mold growing on the sides of the buildings, laundry rooms are filthy and not kept up with All around the worst apartments in corpus .

Not very help at all when it comes to applying worse experience ever. If I were you save your application fee for another place !

For almost 3 months, not hot water. Pathetic service.

5 stars goes to Chazzidy for a marvelous experience applying and getting into our apartment. Her customer service is definitely top tier. Patience, knows how to communicate very well with her customers. Over all she gives four winds a great experience thus far. Thank you so much Chazzidy!
