Maintenance will come throw your trash that was left out for 10 minutes and charge you $25 per bag but won't come and fix any work orders that are placed, and when they do show up they only make excuses and say they don't have the material that's needed, yet they have the material to remodel other units.

My girlfriend has lived here for about a year now, always paid on time and never caused any problems for the Christiwood apartment complex. We had come from out of town and lost our spare key. It was exactly 5:30pm when they close and caught management on the way out pleading for help in the summer heat. This is our place of rest, what if my girlfriend was alone? In front of our faces they denied to help and quickly rushed past us giving a half hearted excuse. I promise this management will not have your back if and when you need them.
