Its been an amazing experience living here, just had Christopher Hodge from on-call maintenance come in and switch out my carbon monoxide alarm with a new one, a big thank you to him and the office team for acting quick on the matter.

I would specifically like to thank Janet for helping me find an apartment, Trying to find an apartment when youre a couple states away is a painstaking task. We had a leak under our kitchen sink. David Tomscha arrived that afternoon and checked it out. He actually found two leaks. One was the garbage disposal. Mr. David stated it needed replacing and returned with a new one promptly. He ensured that he left no mess after the repairs. Friendly and courteous. Fast and friendly service. Thanks David T!!

Christopher is awesome! He saw me struggling to take boxes to the trash. He came right up to help me with my boxes. So helpful! Smile on his face!
