I recently moved into this beautiful community and am highly satisfied with the kind and professional office staff. They actually take the time out to make sure your stay here is comfortable, which I appreciate so much. It been very quiet and peaceful here. The location is great and not too from anything. I fully recommend you giving Phoenix Rising a chance a easy, worry-free living!

These apartments are filthy rats roaches an if you try to get help for the apartments not taking care of there tenants or the work that needs to be done on your unit the manager will retaliate on you and have you thrown out. They also find loops in the lease agreement to charge you for things that they are not supposed to . These apartments need to be condemned they are infested with mold an if you get on Sofria bad side the manager she will go out of her way to get you evicted from the apartments. The BBB needs to step in on these apartments. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The staff actually cares about you here. The girls in the office are always friendly and willing to help. And maintenance is on top of everything, like they would be if it was there own apartment. I would send my friends and family to live here before sending them to a lot of other complexes. They also care about the people living here who are on housing and don't treat them with any less respect then they do the residents who aren't. I highly recommend you tour the complex before you judge it because of old posts from the previous management company.
