Studio 44 Lofts

I loved the place. The management under stone water was great. Now with the new management at least for me it has not been great. I moved out at the end of November 2022 and I expected my deposit by the end of December but it has been 3 months I have not received it. I left that place cleaned. I have called several times and only spoken to Deseray 3 times in where I gave her my fowarding address each time with my phone number. And I still have not received my deposit. I am very upset since I paid my whole lease up front, I would have expected my deposit with in a couple of weeks since I move out. If it wouldn't have been for this issue I would give it a 5 star.

My daughter lived there for almost a year. The shower door never closed right and they charge 150 a month to use a washer/dryer combination unit that acted like a plane when in use! Shook the whole apartment! No storage, No closets, and walls as thin as paper! Late fees are outrageous!!! You will be paying for location and not the best bang for your buck! Do not recommend this place!

I believe I was one of the first people to move in and I lived there for about 2 and a half years. I only left because my family and needs grew. I dont have anything bad to say. The staff was very kind and other tenets were as well. Packages were never stolen! The studio itself was really in a league of its own for the price. I was sold when I first got to tour the place. I loved how it was all indoors and the outside patio is awesome. The unit itself has a contemporary feel you really cant find elsewhere (I have tried). All stainless steel appliances and quartz counters. All the finishing was really nice. (I have 8 years of architecture experience so I pay attention to these things). I can whole heartedly recommend and I keep recommending it to people.

Studio 44 is the best place I have ever stayed. I am a travelling nurse and I move from city to city. Tiffany and Shelly were very understanding when I told them that my contract was ending. They refunded all my deposit within days of vacating the place. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great customer service, great communication skills and above all the place is very safe
