Product is not as advertised. Photo shows bold nice colors and they sent me a cheap hoodie with faded colors that smells like plastic.

Terrible company, very incompetent. They will try to keep your money regardless if the problem is their fault or not.

Horrible experience!!! I ordered items, paid for 2 day shipping - still no items. I called the customer service phone number - it says hours 7:30-5:30 CST monday - friday -- just called at 1pm CST and they stated - no one available, you need to call during business hours!!! This is business hours --- I have emailed with no response, I cannot cancel the order - cause I cannot get ahold of anyone. COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! Do not order from them -- pay more an go with another company -- horrible!!!!

I bought some sweatshirts of my alma mater from Advanced-Online. The sweatshirts appeared to be good quality light to medium weight cotton. Sadly, I really need a tall but no one sells them for my school. I took a gamble and lost. I mailed them back and they got lost in-transit. I worked with Miranda, who was great, and even though they could not find the package I was credited as I had a tracking number. Bad situation turned into a good experience! I will look to Advanced-Online in the future for school products, as long as it does not need to be a tall!
