        "Overpriced and Underserved" I booked an appointment for same day, received a confirmation of for the time. One hour after the appointment time I called to see why they no showed. I received a text back saying that since it was so late in the day there would be a $400 trip charge to come that day. NO explanation for why they no showed, no apology or anything remotely friendly.
