I placed an order online as was out traveling and wanted to surprise my wife in our anniversary the following day after I placed the order a day earlier. They immediately texted me for details of what I was looking for and delivery details as well. Great experience and customer service! Recommend this 150%!

I am totally blown away with the amazing customer service I received from this local floral shop. They sent emails to keep me updated on my order and even a picture of the beautiful creation before it was delivered!!! How awesome is it to actually see what you paid for! The succulent plants they designed were stunning and the price was extremely reasonable!! I will definitely be using La Bolsa Rosa again for my floral needs

Called and ordered a beautiful simple arrangement for a birthday. Spoke to Stephie and she was extremely pleasant, worked with my budget, and delivered the arrangement within the hour! I couldnt have asked for a better transaction. If I could give 10 stars I would. And to top it off, shes a locally owned small business. Will do business again!

Incredible customer service. Buying flowers online is always a stressful endeavor because you never really know of what you paid for is what will be delivered. Steffi allayed that with both email and text updates with her progress and sent pictures of the finished product. My girlfriend was thrilled with her bouquet and Steffi made herself available even after delivery. Very happy
