I had originally booked Ice Occasions on November 15th at that time He indicated to me that her had nothing that day and would be setting up for our Christmas Party at 6:45pm for a showing to start at 7:00 pm. I contacted the company on December 2 the day before our party to confirm and he indicated to me that he had a set up at 6:30 at the Galleria Area and that he would be at my party around 7:00 - 7:20. I then stated that he probably wouldn't be here till 7:30. He then texted back, :Well if that's the case I may not be able to accommodate sorry for this inconvenience. My apologies." He the gave me a another company to call however it's 30 hours till my party and every one is booked. I then texted him , Do you think you could be here at 7:30?..... No response. A couple hours later I texted again.. Please don't leave us high and dry, we'll rearrange our program to have you be here around 7:30. I never got a response and I also called but didn't here anything. Unfortunately he did not show on the day of the party nor have I heard anything.
