        I give this Banfield location in Conroe five stars! We recently moved, And I was looking to find a Banfield closer to our new location. However, after reading negative reviews online, I decided to drive the 60 miles round-trip to our original location rather than take the chance that my little dog would be unhappy. As his well check up, date approach, I decided to give the Conroe Banfield a fair chance. And boy, am I glad I did! From the first phone call, to me calling back a little while later and rescheduling for later the same day, to going in to check-in, the friendliness of the staff, the updates while he was in their care, to the check out experience, everything was most excellent! I give this location, five starsuherfive paws! So glad I gave them a fair chance!
