Called to have an alignment done. Was told to bring it in anytime no appointment. Showed up next day Thursday at 3:45 an they were closed and no answer on the phone. Went somewhere else that was open and wanted the business.

DO NOT take your truck here unless you have extra time and money to have a professional go over their work. If you dont have it checked out make sure your life insurance policy is up to date. Left with bad front end steering and found BOTH idler support arm nuts hanging on by 1 thread. Rear end was also making a ton of noise. Found the leaf spring shackle bolts on both sides in same condition. The nut was not even threaded on inside the frame. As if they put the truck back together and forgot to go around and check that every nut / bolt was torqued or even tightened! I have pics and videos to prove this. Not to mention I was told same day and wound up taking them 4 days for a leveling kit, drop shackle and shocks. This place is STR8up TRASH!!!!!!
