With specific preferences that I added, the sales people were quickly responsive and accommodated the changes into the contract and into the pricing. The dead tree was brought down safely and no encroachment on adjoining properties or above ground utility boxes. The crew arrived on time and had completed the work in record time on the coldest day of the year -- kudos to a great team. Service: Tree removal

This company, Monster Tree Service of Greater Conroe, its TOP NOTCH. All the employees were very polite, professional and HARD workers. Before hiring Monster Tree Service (whata name!) we talked to two other services that charged more and did not have either the expertise Monster is run by an arborist! nor the numerous pieces of equipment that they own to grapple the hardest of situations. Their crew is friendly to the man. They constantly ask if there is anything else I want done. They worked 3 days in my forest and when they were nearly finished I asked them if they would bring down a dead tree on the other side of the river? They said yes, and one of them got into my kayak, chainsaw in hand, and rowed to the opposite shore and felled the tree while I photographed his feat for all non-believers to see. They then floated the tree to my side of the river and chewed it up into fine chips creating a walking path through the woods. G.S. Services: Tree stump grinding, Tree removal
