        I love this place, sandwiches are consistent and customizable, different bread options, great baked potatoes, salads along with kids menu. Staff are great, but friendly and helpful

        I am going to give this place another shot, but I placed 2 online orders and got 2 incorrect orders. No feedback from the company. The kids that work there couldn't care less. But so far no good

        I ordered the Reuben sandwich with extra dressing in which they did charge extra for, which was expected and I had no issue with. And after I ordered I was told to go park in the waiting line. There was no one else in the restaurant or in the drive through but that was okay. However when I got my sandwich and drove literally less than a mile to my destination the sandwich was so soggy that it fell apart and not from too much dressing because when I bit into it there was barely any dressing at all or sauerkraut, however a nice amount of corned beef. I paid almost 15.00 for the sandwich and potatoe salad and I know prices are crazy now but at least give the customer what they paid for. I had not been to McAlister's in a long while and unfortunately it will be even longer before I try again.
