All of the doctors, therapists and nurses have been very kind and helpful for my dad. I have been very happy with the level of care and concern he is receiving.

I want to commend Carol, social worker/case manager for the outstanding services she provided during the transition of care of one of her patients. She called and communicated effectively each step of the way until the patient was successfully transitioned to the next level of care . She even called on a Saturday which was her day off to ensure I was having everything was needed. This is dedication and compassion rarely found these days. Thank you Carol for your exceptional professionalism and care you showed for Mr. A in his transition to ALF.

No no no no no no. I believe they killed my grandmother here. They had her on over 15 medications daily. Absolutely abhorrent and disgusting. No human being should ever be on that many medications at once. Her health quickly deteriorated once she arrived here after having a stroke. Please dont ever send your loved ones here. Its mediocre western medicine that kills you fast. Please stick to holistic doctors and remedies. There is absolutely no reason anyone should ever take that many medications altogether. Disgusted.

This facility is the absolute BEST! From Top to Bottom, the staff was very professional and delivered excellent services throughout our mother's stay. Not one staff member was unprofessional or unkind! The response time was always immediate and the staff consistently checked on our mother to ensure she was always okay. We received test results very quickly and always told the next steps. The Rehab department is EXCEPTIONAL too. All of the therapists were kind, professional and focused on our mother meeting her goals. This facility is the standard for how ALL Rehab facilities should operate. The Case Manager and Administration also checked on us routinely to ensure we as a family were satisfied with the services. ANSWER: We are extremely satisfied and very grateful to God that our mother was able to receive services at this EXCEPTIONAL facility. ENCOMPASS HEALTH deserves a 10-plus for the caring and professional services rendered to our mother during her 2-week stay. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS facility for your loved one. Staff, Blessings to each of you! YOU ARE THE BEST!

This was my first time at a facility after leaving the hospital. I was a little apprehensive at first and scared however, I Was met at the car by two women who carefully help me out of the car and onto the wheelchair. I was having a little pity party on my own, and these two women came out with smiles on their faces and Said youre not alone we got you! I immediately felt the warmth from them and knew I was at the right place. It didnt end there. So as I walked through the doors, everyone greeted me with a smile on their faces. Everyone was very attentive to my needs And I could hear the staff interacting with each other, the kindness in their voices to Each other was like they were a big family. I couldnt stand or walk only and within days I was walking with a walker! The OTs & PTs were so encouraging and so helpful. I really enjoyed seeing all of them and meeting new people. All the nurses, all the doctors, the CNAs , and even the people who worked in the cafeteria, were all very kind to me. And to boot the food was really good!!! I will be back here but thats because Ive made friends. ( just to see and visit my new friends!) Thank you Encompass for getting me back on my feet!
