        If you want great attentive complete service go to the WILLIS VALVOLINE LOCATION! This location will ignore you and leave you sitting after they are finished. They did not even check all the extras; did the oil change and walked away to talk on the phone, chit chat , and putter around. I was the only customer in their bay. Do not use this location!

        The female service attendant spoke in Spanish and told the other employees I was crazy. She then lied and said they didn't have the oil filter. That's ok if you don't want my business, but how dare you tell the other employees I'm crazy! This is the greatest insult I've ever been paid. Thanks courtesy of Valvoline in there semi-fluent front desk woman.

        I normally use another Valvoline location, so this is my first time to this location. Thanks to Adriana, it was a good visit. There was a pricing difference in the two locations and she took the time to explain why and help me find a coupon online to save the most money. She was very caring, thorough, and helpful. Ill add that all of my Valvoline experiences at various locations have been positive, staff is usually very friendly and helpful.
