The K&G Capital Mortgage team was an efficient and stress-free mortgage from start to finish. K&G was a suggested "preferred lender" by our builder, but I already had a good business relationship from my previous mortgage company, so I was a bit skeptical and worried to try someone new. But my worries were unfounded as they exceeded all my expectations. The K&G team kept me up to date and gave me clear instructions on what was needed and when it was needed. I really appreciate the interest rate and type of loan we received. They took the time to listen and understand our particular situation and timeline; and they made everything work for us!
