I dont recommend this store I ask them to check my MacBook Pro because logic board was not working They told me that checking is free and will inform me about work need to be done and estimate for that Afar 1 month ( they didnt call in the mid time ) I went to the store and was told that logic board is bad ( I know that all ready ..) and they can install new one and the cost of replacement will be 1100$ ??? Very expensive, even more them Apple service will charge for that but its their store so what you can do i decide not to do anything because my MacBook is 2013 so no worth investing that much money I start searching on internet second hand logic board to install my self One of the seller ask me for some info ( numbers ) so I bend to open back side of my laptop and give them that information Thats when I got surprise fro the Repair Mob My 1TB SSD card was removed from the laptop ! I went to the store , gut told me he will call me Never call I went again he ask me to come other day when technician is there so I can talk to him And I went again and technician try to explain me that when he remove parts he put them all in box so its impossible that he lost it ? Thats it, your world do not matter They ask me for phone number and again they never call me I dint think they lost it . First of all why they have to remove SSD card ? Think twice if you will use their service Very dishonest people

We had a power wheel battery replacement ordered through this business. We got it after a few persist phone calls and unanswered emails. We got lucky and were able to snag a battery from someone who was returning a new power wheel.

I had a cracked iPad screen, which The Repair mob replaced. Now I cant type on it! I brought it in to complain a week later and they promised they would order me a new iPad screen and call me. They never called me. So I brought it in a few months later and asked them for a status. It seems that they never ordered my new screen! Im not sure if they had bad intentions, or whether this was just pure disorganization. If you look at the state of the shop, you might lean towards pure disorganization. Once again, they promised to order a new screen and call me. But again, they never called me. They used an after market screen that they did not stand behind. They told me it was an aftermarket product. I have no problem with Company using aftermarket products as long as they are going to stand behind them. My iPad screen cracked when it Was knocked off a table. It still worked fine, but I chose to get it repaired. The repair was very expensive, about half the price of a new iPad. But I had a top-of-the-line iPad so I chose to do it. When the iPad came back, it looked great. But the screen did not work properly. This was an intermittent issue.. I would try to type and letters would not take. I would hit an H, and nothing would appear. I would hit it again, and nothing would appear. I would hit it again and I would get six Hs. If I tried to read, the news, articles would open and close all on their own. The screen just goes crazy.. Here is an example. If I tried to type the phrase: hello world It might come out looking Something like this: Hhhhl wrrrrrd or Ho Wld. As I said, this was an intermittent problem. So my iPad might work Fine for 10 minutes and then start generating screen errors. Its quite embarrassing when you respond a text or an email on your iPhone and hit send only find out you just sent a bunch of gobble de goop. I really wanted to give the Repair mob the benefit of the doubt and held off writing review for a while. But people need to understand what they are potentially getting into when they use The Repair Mob. On the positive side, It looked like they did good work. They just ordered a bad part. They shouldve apologized and replaced my immediately. Im sure many people will have good experiences with this company. Mine was not so good. I have become so frustrated with the iPad that they returned to me that I actually cracked the screen again. Hitting letters over and over and over again, harder and harder and harder until they would appear. My iPad has been an endless source of frustration. I have almost broked it over my knee. I am now waiting for the new model to come out in 2024 and will purchase it as soon as I can. Thankfully, the iPad dictation algorithm is fairly good. That is the only way that I have send text messages or emails on it Unfortunately, Siri makes a lot of assumptions and mistakes. So I still send out some embarrassing responses!
