We are currently experiencing poor quality in service. We purchased it and it was moved to our piece of property. We have had no hot water since last week, no power in my daughters bedroom, the smoke alarms have loud outbursts constantly; we call leave messages and don't get called back. When we finally get a hold of someone they tell us to call the manufacturer of the hot water heater. We work hard and made a decision to buy and to feel like WE are nothing, sucks. ALL I'M SAYING IS DON'T SIGN PAPERS UNTIL YOU GET EVERYTHING CORRECTED AT THE INSPECTION. It is tough as nails trying to get answers.

Best part of buying our home was the salesperson (Arturo) who seemed genuinely interested in accommodating our taste, needs and price range. Very pleasant experience.

I would definitely think long and hard before buying from here or Clayton in general. Everything was going fine until we signed the papers and the house was ready to move into. We immediately had ac issues. Took 4 different guys before they figured out our heater was running at the same time as our ac. Racking is up a 444 dollar light bill and dying of heat in June in Texas. Our home stayed almost 80 degrees. Then it took them 4 months to get out keys switched over so the contractor had access to our home for 4 months. They didnt seem to care much. Lots of cosmetic issues that you have to call repeatedly to get them to handle. One Im still waiting to get fixed. 7 months later. We also have some weird wiring issues in our bathroom/bedrooms. We have to have an electrician come fix that. The lady here one of the managers I guess will bulldog you on the phone, wont let you get one word in, talks over you. Had zero customer service. If I were you I would go next door. You would probably have better luck. We love our home. We strongly dislike clayton homes Conroe.
