        I ordered a platform adjustable king as im on hospice and, the factory did not have what I ordered, so they upgraded me with the massager platform adjustable base, the massager is loud it sounds like somebody's drilling under your bed. The base of the platform bed does not fit inside my frame of my headboard and footboard. It gets caught will not go down. I've called over the last month trying to get somebody out here to fix it to no avail. I keep getting excuses no recall returns, ask for a refund they don't do refunds they just want your $2000 and screw you. I would not purchase anything again from this company. Unless you like being screwed.
