After having a leak on our tank from a falling tree branch our tank went from 20 percent to 0 in a week and the gas company came out and told us it we wont know where it is leaking until we put gas so we ordered more gas and our Gas delivery was scheduled between 12/28/2022 to 1/4/2023 it is 1/8/2023!!! And we have yet to receive our delivery even after being invoiced on 12/30/2022. If you don't have to deal with this company DONT. WE HAVE TO BECAUSE ITS A RENTAL THAT OUR LANDLORD HAS. THIS IS THE SECOND MISSED DELIVERY. And when you call them ..... same story every time " I assure you it will be delivered today ,by end of day, someone will give you a call" and no call no show. We have been taking a cold shower for 2 weeks now and no heat with the furnace not working in really cold temperatures in Tomball tx right now.
