Smoothie King

My spouse likes this place but they are always out of something never fails. I wanted a smoothie bowl today but staff said its to hard to scoop so wasnt making any currently last time they was out of 32oz cups always something .

The best curbside pickup smoothie I have ever been too. No designated parking but the employees are fast and very friendly.

I love this location! Not only are the super nice but they sometimes do creative and fun things, that make the experience better. Example: a sign with their own creation of smooties to try or writing encouraging messages on their cups.

So far I have had an online order either not go through or get seriously delayed, I have watched an employee not make enough and instead of restarting, added stuff to even it out, and it came out absolutely awful. I also don't understand why there's only ever, at most, 3 employees. At 7 am, 2pm, and 5pm, they stay busy. Yet again, with a delayed online order, Im left waiting behind all the vehicles that came up 20 minutes after my order went in. I only have a car a certain number of hours every day, so I feel bad ordering online but often just don't have the time If it wasn't for the employee who noticed after 15 minutes my order still wasn't in the works, I'd be quite agitated this time around. I understand it's a busy location, but this is starting to get a bit ridiculous.

I ordered a 40oz peanut power (Strawberry) and it took around 10min. Once receiving my order from the white heavy set girl, I drove to the parking lot and was baffled of how low the smoothie level was. I didnt go back inside, because this was around 8:05pm, it took so long to make this smoothie with only one car finishing in front of me, and last but not least I gave them the benefit of the doubt that I maybe 38/39oz. Yes, I was curious enough to drive 5 min home to measure whats in the cup and find out if I got ripped off on a $13 smoothie. From the pics you can see that the total smoothie content level measured out to 32oz, I was charged for 40oz. I started thinking one of the staff members may of poured themselves a little closing snack off my smoothie. Im not sure if your staff dont know common measurements or this smoothie king location is ran by a bunch of clowns. By the look of the reviews this location is going down quick, what a joke
