I have been insured with this agency for a few years and the customer service has always been great.
I appreciate that I can call, email, or go into the office and talk to a real person and don't get the run around. They are always available to help even if it's as little as sending an Auto ID Card.
It is a huge plus that they offer multiple companies so they can provide different options and comparisons.

I would give them a negative star if it was available. If you are looking for good customer service, good communication and appreciation for being a customer for over 17 years don't go here, save yourself the headache. The owner Scott said it all when I asked him if he would do business with his company and his answer was 'NO'
