        We moved from Florida into our house in W Central Park about a month ago. We've never had a gas furnace and needed to know some basics about how it works and what to look for. To boot, I could not find the system's return air filter. New Horizon's tech (I believe his name was Miguel) was prompt and friendly on arrival. He asked about our needs for the visit, then recommended a preventative maintenance inspection of our system. The first thing he did was show me where the return filer is located, so he was definitely listening, then proceeded to to start his inspection. He was efficient and thorough, explaining everything he checked on each component. Then covered any question I could throw out. The level of detail and professionalism was well-worth the price. New Horizon has a great tech and I think is a solid choice for HVAC service.
