        Fosters Ridge is a great subdivision. The major drawback is there's only one way in and out - Old Conroe Rd. One lane each way. The entire surrounding area is overpopulated, overcrowded, traffic is at a constant standstill. The infrastructure is far behind in supporting the population and traffic. It would take years, if not decades, for the infrastructure to accommodate the extreme growth. As a result, you encounter angry people everywhere around the vicinity. Angry because of the gridlock roadways, overcrowded grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Looking to get out of the area and move away from all the chaos!

        Nice, well spread gated community. The only drawback is its too far from the main road and there is not even a gas station close by. We have to nearly drive for 2 miles to get to the main road.

        I bought here in November 22 and have been very happy. Neighbors are great, its a quiet family neighborhood.
