Coventry Homes - Artavia 65'

We built our house a little under 2 years ago and love everything about it. They allowed me to customize a few areas of the home to make it my own. The neighborhood is very peaceful and I love all the trees. Highly recommend!

I just want to report how disappointed I am in your builder in Artavia. I am next to one of your builds and they dug a trench (partially into my yard) and cut the Xfinity line to my house. The builder was in his truck all morning and NEVER approached me or reported that the line had been cut. I had to go speak with him and basically was told sorry, nothing we can do but if you get billed you can give us the bill. When discussed that I am now out of work due to their error because I work from home. I was told "it is no different than if this happened to to a storm or disaster". I am sorry but it is very different, the flags marked the line and yet it was still cut and you dug into my yard! I am now out of work for 2+ days until this is resolved and there is "nothing we can do".
