As a first time home buyer my experience was more than satisfactory. Weekly video updates from sales staff, responsive lender and amazing after sales care. I will spare you all of the details, but I would absolutely recommend Legend Homes. The sales staff is great, David and Ashley were awesome to work with. The lender (First Choice) is incredible. We had no hiccups throughout the sales process and closed on time and as pain free as possible. I was expecting issues because of my self-employment, but that never happened. Where this experience has really shined is with our construction manager, Ben. He has been on top of everything. From the first walkthrough to now hes been available and has taken care of it. He also actually follows up. He has made us feel very confident in our purchase. When I tell people about my experience with repairs/fixes they are always surprised because they did not have the same experience with their new homes from different builders. It seems like the general theme is after you close, the builder doesnt care about you anymore. This has been the opposite of our experience. Overall, I would recommend this neighborhood and this builder. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase.
