I tried the program was extremely satisfied w the personnel and the facilities. Work and other circumstances are the only reason I won't be moving forward w f45 and their staff. Great place to get back to living the healthy lifestyle.

F45 has honestly changed me in soo many ways! All of the trainers are excellent in all ways. They keep the workouts fun and not only do the my train us, they keep our mindsets to be focus and be dedicated to how bad we want it Its not always easy but its worth everything to be a part of F45 GCP!! I highly recommend joining this FANTASTIC AMAZING experience! Thank you soo much guys for being here for my journey!

F-45 Grand Central Park is an awesome place to be a member. It really is a "come as you are" mentality, knowing that you're going to meet people and accountability partners to help push you in your fitness journey along the way. Christian and Anthony are big ole knuckleheads though - constantly trying to get the most out of everyone in their class...so beware. If you're trying to "coast" during a workout - go to a class where they aren't coaching ;)
Things that have gotten better in my life since joining F-45:
- My bedtime so i can make the 5am class
- Staying hydrated throughout the day, to help improve my workouts
- Meeting more people and families in the Grand Central Park neighborhood
- My wife eyeing my new physique since i'm getting ripped af and always looking sexy after grinding in the gym
