Klassy kreations

Very disappointed on the my flower arrangement. We order the deluxe flower arrangement white white and red roses for a funeral. We came to the funeral looking for our arrangement and then saw how small it was. It barley even had any white flowers. All the white flowers weren’t even bloom yet. We paid $100 for this arrangement and honestly I could of bought a better one at Kroger or H‑E‑B for cheaper. The manager Rebecca at the funeral home even agreed with me that arrangement was not worth $100.

BEWARE!! I have never written a review, positive or negative online, but the owner of this shop has no interest in taking responsibility or accountability when they deliver a defective flower arrangement, yet she will have no issue calling you a liar in the beginning of your conversation and say it couldn’t be their fault. I’ve never had to apologize for giving a Valentine’s floral arrangement, but this is what I had to do to my wife. This arrangement has a broken vase with loose glass shards and an absolutely pathetic arrangement for the $100+ I paid. Their employee was more concerned about making it right than the owner. The owner’s solution was to have me get my money back from 1800flowers. I didn’t want my money back, I wanted a Valentine’s gift that I would be proud to give my wife, but the owner didn’t have time to for that, nor the care or pride in her own shop’s work. I’m sure they make good arrangements, but it’s not how you handle the successful transactions, it’s how you handle your mistakes that shows your character. This owner failed her business, employees and customer. You be the judge.

I have worked with this group of people on several occasions and it has been a wonderful experience every time. Anyone reading this I highly recommend you contact them directly to place an order. I went through 1800 flowers and it was an absolute nightmare. When I found out Klassy Kreations was going to be handling my order I cancelled through 1800 and dealt with Klassy Kreations directly. By far the best decision I have ever made. If you are looking for flowers for a loved one they will take care of you. I read the reviews here and I can say that I have never felt under valued in the goods I received. If these other reviews placed there order through one of those “wire” services then that is probably why they feel as though they did not receive a product of value. Just deal with Klassy Kreations directly! You will be much happier you did.

The best florist in town !! I’m speechless how perfect these sprays turned out for my fathers funeral from the moment Vicki Answered the phone her attitude is awesome positive and she went above and beyond what I expected of her absolutely the best price flowers etc ….if you need a florist I highly recommend her she literally made me cry with these amazing pics
