I've not used my 2008 Z445 for 5 year. I had no need for it so I was letting family use it. Recently I have had a need for it and needed a few things to make sure the services were up to date. I called John Deere in Conroe. On Friday the 30th of June I talked to Chris a front counter parts man. Chris was listened as I described what I needed. He found my history information in the computer which made it easier on me. We arrange for a pick up of the parts they had in stock on Monday the 3rd. When I walked and asked to speak to Chris again he was very polite and helpful. He had my parts waiting on me, and was kind enough to add a couple thing to the order. This young man was very helpful and I appreciated all the help. I will be getting my parts from Chris in the future.
