Horrible Service, can not ever get pharmacy to pick up the phone. Doctors can't even get through to the pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth your time or money.

This Walgreens is the worst. The employees are not helpful. If theyre out of product, they dont offer a solution. When register rewards dont work, the manager refused to give me the rewards even though it was clearly not on my receipt. Ive had similar issues at other Walgreens, because computer settings may not always be right. No big deal. Ive had other managers make it right, no questions asked. Drive right by this one and go to the next one. Its garbage customer service.

Visited the pharmacy after a LONG visit at urgent care for a sick toddler. The young pharmacy tech with brown reddish hair working 9/29/23 that night was so nice and sweet and helpful in finding the cheapest cost for us which ended up being good rx. We appreciate her patience!

Wife and myself went to get flu shot yesterday. They refused because we did not have an appointment. "But there was no one else there" No one even waiting on a prescription. The guy still refused even after saying it twice. I went outside and an appt was available in an hour. Only about 3 other people in the whole store and one or two cars in the drive thru line. time to move prescriptions from a store that has customer service. "but there was no one else there!" Went to HEB and got our shots quickly.
