This is the attorney you want on your side. Dont hesitate!! I dont do reviews, but this attorney made my entire case a success. Hell never say it, but he is the smartest man in the room, and the quickest thinker. He was consistently one step ahead of opposing counsel. Came prepared, knew the details and more importantly explained all the possible outcomes and different moves opposing counsel could make and what it meant to the case. He is a MASTER chess player, and was by my side independent of what craziness the opposing counsel filed. Believe me, hell be honest from the start and show you the reality of the situation and walk through each step. Hes a dynamic team player, and incredibly transparent. Getting a court appointed attorney is something I was really skeptical about, but within one phone call Raphael was confident in a dismissal; even with the lengthy record I do have (that Im not proud of). Two weeks before my first court date for my third DWI, he stood on his word and got my case no-billed by the grand jury!! If you dont get him as a court appointed attorney I HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring him!!!!
