        They missed a lot vacuuming inside. Crumbs on seats, floors and even french fries in a open slot on the back of the console. The rubber insert in console cup holder is completely missing. A manager helped me fill out an incident report while other employees vac it again. Still not a good job. Hairs still on carpet. I will be surprised if I ever hear back and doubt they will pay to replace the rubber insert. I will say the manager was nice and offered to give me 2 ceramic inserts to cancel the incident report. I declined bc I would rather have the rubber insert.
