I went here yesterday and got a refurbished battery.. They absolutely took care me and all my needs.. Matt and Eddy deserve a raise!! Thank you gentleman for all of your help. I really appreciate you two. Make sure you all go here for all your battery needs.

Well, a lack luster experience for sure. I wasn't offered an option or explanation of batteries. I was only told a price. According to the website Interstate offers 5 different batteries for the Chevrolet Tahoe. I was told there were no other options made, and the price I was given was almost $20 higher than the website. I find it strange when a distributor charges more than the MSRP. I'm in the automotive field, and I'm embarrassed that I've recommended this same store to my clients. Never again. 1 star because they were well mannered.
Pro-tip.....a top post battery terminal is tapered to mate with the taper of the OEM battery cable terminal. They should be installed all the way down and seated. This ensures minimal tightening effort with maximum clamping load. The cable cannot be twisted loose unlike an installed cable at the top of the post. Learn that.
