    Someone ran into my Audi and I had to get my bumper fixed. I was so upset about having to get my car fixed, but Classic Collision did a great job and I got my car back fast! I didnt have to do anything. They dealt with the insurance company and I just picked up and left my rent a car there! I had a great experience! The woman in the front was always so nice and helpful! I will take my car back anytime I need repair! My car looks so good and got it back so clean. Thank you!

    Usually not one to leave bad reviews, being I have worked in Customer service management for years, I am pretty patient with companies as I KNOW things happen. But my experience here was ridiculous and avoidable. One month repair for my car for a few paint scratches. I kept being told different dates as to when the car will be done, and every time I called on the date I was told I received an excuse. The biggest one was that the person working on my car had a lot of other cars to repair, and he was unavailable for a few days during the repair. If that was going to be the case, why wasn't I told so I could take my car elsewhere. I have had similar repairs with other cars I have owned, and this job should've taken less than 2 weeks at MAX. be transparent with your customers before they give you their car. Edit: I also had a problem with the payment being confused, which caused another inconvenience. I am impressed by the quality of the paint job, so for that, I am raising my review to 3 stars. The quality of the work was great, but still an absolute fail for overall customer service, communication, and transparency with their customers. Update: Had some panels on the interior of my car broken, and the manager made excuses and said "that's not because of us, we had no reason to touch the interior" though the part was not broken when I took it in. Said they would figure out what happened and get back to me. That was MONTHS ago. Brought my car to another shop and they are repairing the damage. The mechanic even explained to me why this shop DID remove the panels for the repair and they could not have repaired the exterior without removing it. It was completely unprofessional that I had to get another shop to repair damage that was caused HERE.

    STAY AWAY!! I called and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, and provided insurance and claim info that day. The day I was scheduled to take it in, I got there and they acted surprised to see me and had yet to order any parts for my repairs, but took it anyway with the assurance they would get right on it. Plus I already had a rental set up. Three weeks later, I get a cryptic message that it will probably be ready the next day (Friday). I let them know I was out of town and could pick it up Monday afternoon if it was ready. This inquiry went unanswered so I called on Monday. After two phone calls, and over ten minutes on hold, I was told yes, it would be ready by 5. So I arrange to leave work a little early and literally, on my way there, they call to tell me nevermind, it's not ready. So that was Monday. I heard absolutely nothing from them on Tuesday so I called on Wednesday and was told they still hadn't done what they never did on Monday so she wasn't sure if it would be ready. Now, it's Thursday and once again, I still haven't heard anything. So I did the chat online (hoping not to spend another 10+ minutes trying to get answers) but he couldn't tell me anything either because no updates had been entered. If you value your time and want to feel confident that your car is being taken care of, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!!! The previous company that was in this location, Dennis Collision, was amazing. How terribly disappointing it has turned into this.
