The leasing agent Sam was wonderful. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns while showing me the display unit. I look forward to my move in date if these are the kind of people running the show.

This place was disgusting. Maintenance was really poor AC went out in the middle of the summer. It took a week for it to get fixed if we ask maintenance for anything else we was told theres other emergencies going on and that it would take 2 to 3 months to get there the property manager, Peyton was more drama with any other apartments that I have ever been in the price of the rent going up was stupid. You can get a way nicer place for the same if not less like I did price theres really no amenities and then we have problems with running our TV on a low 25 volume around 11 12 oclock at night going up we had numerous call cops calls on us for having our TV so if you stay late, just now you have to be dead silent to me I would not recommend i awful place never had a worse experience, and then this apartment and apartments the roaches was we tried everything we try getting our own bug repellent we call for the to get a bug man there they kept coming back, no matter what she accused us the property manager of neglecting the when we have photos of the apartment spotless clean we are OCD people because we was Ruff Housing one night and had to get a door fixed then she neglecting the apartment. The place is really something better and probably cheaper right now they think because they do a little bit of painting, fake painting that they can get away with raising the price Im so glad she told me that she would not be resigning my and on top of it we had to go to another place to go, wash our clothes because the washer and dryer did not wash and certainly did not dry at all. They will be soaking wet when they was back into the apartment

Id like to start by saying Ive had no issues with the ladies in the office, they are all great. I currently live here and Ill update my review when I inevitably move out at the end of my lease. I will spare details for now but do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, these are not the places you want to live in and the price is not the highest but still not worth the money. Im in a newly renovated apartment and the only good part about that is new appliances. These were all renovated with the landlord special, poor quality work and not the greatest maintenance. My review will be more detailed when Im out of here but if I knew what I know now I would have avoided this place like the plague. 2 stars review is being very generous.
