We experienced fire and smoke damage. I called Servpro of the Texas Hill Country, Comfort, TX and they were very prompt to respond and view the damage. Smoke damage had penetrated the entire residence. They began cleanup almost immediately and did a meticulous job, including washing and dry-cleaning everything in closets and drawers. The entire house had to be repainted. Two kitchen appliances were replaced, the cabinets were removed, cleaned and repainted. Granite counter top repaired, fluorescent lights were replaced, chandeliers and antique clock collection finely cleaned, etc. Everything was done to our satisfaction. The workers were extremely polite and respectful. I would highly recommend this Servpro for anyone who finds themselves in an unfortunate cleanup situation. S. My husband and I bought a home a little over a year ago. Our beautiful bathtub leaked and flooded our bathroom and bedroom. It was such a relief to be able to pick up the phone and immediately call Servpro. It felt so good to know that they were there to help us protect our investment and make sure that no further damage happened. They were always kind and answered my emails and calls very quickly. When there was something on the bill that needed to be corrected they did so quickly and always treated us with kindness. Definitely recommend.
