Spence came out to my property. He took detailed notes and his quote was also detailed. There were no surprises and I had multiple opportunities to verify the work order. I was given a range depending on how the work went - it was a big job. They worked with me on a start date. They were on time every day. They communicated with me during the job. Job finished early. They did a fantastic job! Very very impressed and pleased. My bill came and it was exactly what I thought it would be as I had stayed on top of the hours/work done. It was between the range I was quoted. Everything went so very well - but the missing star is because their billing cycle is very confusing. You actually have 14 days to pay and yet the email and the invoice state they are to receive within 7 days. Service: Tree removal

I recently used the services of Cedar Eaters and was pleased with the job they performed, but was unhappy with the billing I received for the hours of work. So, if you decide to use their services, be sure to validate/audit first hand the actual hours provided in the performance of their work so you are not surprised at the bill upon completion. I had a great aerial video of the work, but will not share as a result of my dissatisfaction on the billing issue.
