        The guy told us 30mins we waited a hour then got told another 30mins so we went to mios & they helped us in just 30mins.

        My Dad took his truck here to get an alignment and rotate tires. He asked to have the lugnuts put at recommended torque and the worker said "Well, would you like to leave them loose?", my Dad said "No, just adjust the torque wrench to recommended spec so it's not so difficult to take off like last time." The worker said "we don't do that here". Well, he gets home and a lugnut is missing off of the front wheel. Guess he left it loose after all.
