Country Fresh Cleaners is the worst dry cleaning! Instead of dry cleaning a specific area they washed a 500.00+ item in a washer . Beyond unprofessional and rude is Carla Swindle Wiggs . This cleaner needs to be investigated. Charged my credit card after offering a refund then changed mind? Emailed several times to credit my account She sent item back wet. I had to send a demand letter Refuses to answer phone or email now. Im under the impression this isnt a first. Actually going to take further action not an asset to the city of Schulenburg Texas to say the least Pay for my ruined item! Service: Special care fabric cleaning

The owner Carla Swindle Wiggs in Columbus is who I dealt with//Took a designer velvet bag in to have the handles dry cleaned only. The PUT IN WASHING MACHINE! They shrunk destroyed totally ruined the purse. Washed it in water after instruction to dry clean handles only. Who does this? Apparently Country Fresh. It's been a nightmare. The owner said to bring the bag back for her to determine if it was ruined then cleaned again!!! I find she was cleaning it multiple times without my permission. Then says she would give 300.00 in dry cleaning credit. Then she said she'd pay for the purse. Then said I cant enter her store. It was dropped at the Schulenburg cleaner now she says she is not responsible and can use her own judgement. After saying she'd compensate for the bag. She didn't like that I was upset. Acted like she was the victim. Wants me to drive to Columbus where ever that is. Isn't answering the phone.Mails purse after demand letter comes back wet still with more damage refusing to pay. This is how they treat repeat customers. That is my experience.I see here Im not the only one
