Ryan is absolutely amazing! Phone seemed to be fried, so I gave him a call since he came highly recommended. Gave him my phone as soon as I walked in, and he had it figured out in less than 2 minutes. I will be using him for all my future tech needs!

I live in La Grange and drove to Ryan's in Columbus, dropped off my laptop, drove home and as soon as I walk in the door, he called to tell me that he had diagnosed the issue and had it ready for me the same day. I was relieved I didn't have to replace the laptop all together. His fee for repairs was very reasonable and I was super happy with the whole experience. My laptop runs better than ever too because he also cleaned it up for me. He told me it was full of cat hair haha Thank you Ryan!

I was unhappy and frustrated that my questions were not being answered to my satisfaction. I was getting the same two answers which made me feel like I either was not explaining myself right or I was not being listened to. My granddaughters tablet screen has been repaired here and we were satisfied with the work and the price.
