Lacking intergrity and morals. Backed over my daughter in their work truck and admitted fault at the scene,she was in park mind you. She is only 17 and never had a wreck before and just got her 2007 Mazda 3, 3 days before he backed over her in his F 250. The business and the driver have dragged their feet and changed the story...the wreck happened Nov 13 - 2 months ago. I am a single mom and my duaghter has to work and pay for her car and insurance. I cannot believe they would do this to an innocent 17 year old. I would NEVER do any kind of business with someone who would take advantage of a little girl.

Don't use this company!!!
We had a new roof put on our house this summer, in August of 2016. Starting in the beginning of January of 2017, when it rains, there is a MAJOR leak from the ceiling of our front porch right in front of our door. It's damaging our porch ceiling as well as the wood porch beams. For the past two weeks, both my husband and I have called and sent emails about warranty repair. The roof is only 6 months old!!! The messages left with the receptionist and emails have gone totally unanswered. Very disappointed that they won't respond.
Also, during the holiday when getting Christmas things from the attic, there are nails sticking through the interior wood by more than 1/2". This is our 3rd roof since we've been in our house for more than a decade and I've never seen that before.

The owner of the company Mr. Troy Mock is unresponsive, and doesn't want to follow up on complaints. BMR replaced our roof last year. A few months later, we noticed that water is leaking in front of the house every time it rains. We tried contacting BMR, after a few broken promises, they finally send a man to take a look. He said that it is not a roofing problem, tried to fix something, took pictures and promised to show them to the owner. I talked to Mr. Mock on the phone (who was very hard to find, always away or on vacation) and he also said that it is not a roofing problem. I asked him if it would be possible for him to stop by and talk to my husband for a few minutes so that we can explain to him our issues. He never did, even after he promised us. Another issue, we had is that we had a air conditioning guy coming to fix something on the attic, and he almost hit his head on the nails that are showing more than half an inch. It is very dangerous.
PS The person we worked with, when we changed the roof last year, was very responsive, but he left the company.
