Jeremy seems like family after my home loan experience. The confidence he showed when he heard my initial story was very strong, and it gave me more confidence that homeownership was possible for me. After 3 other lenders told me it wasnt possible, Jeremy said, Oh, this is easy, I love these kinds of loans! Later on down the road, we were met with some pretty tough challenges. Jeremy wouldnt let me throw in the towel. Once I shared my personal story with him about my deceased parents and how they impacted me, he was dedicated to see this thing through to the end. Giving up, was simply not an option. When he got a little tired, I pulled him and gave him the same support and talks he gave me. All because God allowed my mother to purchase a home for $30,000, thirty years ago, I knew that I had to make my homeownership dreams a realty. In all honesty, I came out of this experience better than I came in thanks to Jeremy and his level of commitment. Better in not just one way, but spiritually and financially one hundred times better! Though it was tough, if I had to do it over again, I would do it again with Jeremy Wormley as my lender. I will never forgot this home buying experience! Thank You God for this experience
